Thank you for shopping with Amas Fine Arts! We appreciate your support of original artwork and limited-edition prints.

Original Paintings and Giclées (Limited Edition Prints): These are unique, one-of-a-kind or limited-edition original artworks (hand-painted originals and high-quality giclées). Due to their custom, artistic, and high-value nature:

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted once the sale is complete, except in cases of proven damage during shipping (handled case-by-case with photo evidence).
  • All sales are final. We take great care in packaging and shipping (professional custom packing via The UPS Store or FedEx Office, full insurance included). If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos so we can file a claim and arrange resolution.

Art Beyon the Canvas Collections (Life Style Artwork products): These products are printed on demand and are custom-made for each order.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size/color selection, or similar preferences.
  • For damaged, defective, or manufacturing errors: We offers a free reprint or full refund if the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
    • Submit a claim directly through your order confirmation or contact us with: order number + clear photos showing the issue.
    • In most cases, no return shipping is required — We handles reprints/refunds for qualifying issues.
    • We will assist you in submitting the claim to support.
  • Refunds (when approved) are processed to your original payment method within [e.g., 10–15 business days] after approval.

General Terms

  • Cancellations: Orders for originals/giclées may be cancellable before shipping (contact us immediately). Life Style Artwork products orders are processed quickly and usually cannot be cancelled once production begins.
  • Shipping issues (lost/misdelivered): We will work with the carrier and production to resolve, including reprints or refunds where applicable.
  • Contact us: For any questions or issues use our contact form. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
