-Local Pickup in Miami, FL Available for framed original artworks and giclées (ready-to-hang or ready-to-frame).

  • Cost: Free

  • Process: After purchase, we will notify you within 48 hours (often sooner) when your item is ready for collection. Bring your order confirmation and ID.
  • Included: Official certificate of authenticity personally signed by the artist.

This option avoids shipping risks and lets you see the artwork in person—we're happy to share more about its creation!

-Shipping to Continental USA (Alaska Excluded) Available for original artworks and giclées shipped rolled (not stretched, framed, or ready-to-frame; frame not included).

  • Cost: Free (we cover the shipping fees for continental US addresses, excluding Alaska)
  • Method: Shipped via UPS Ground (estimated 5–8 business days transit time) with residential delivery, adult signature required, full-value insurance (declared at the artwork's retail price), and tracking provided.
  • Preparation: Your original oil-acrylic painting on canvas (or giclée print) is carefully protected with acid-free glassine or archival tissue to prevent sticking/smudging. It is gently rolled paint-side outward around a sturdy, acid-free inner tube, cushioned at the ends, and placed in a heavy-duty mailing tube (approximately 6" diameter × 32" long, depending on size). The package is securely taped, labeled “FRAGILE – Original Artwork – Do Not Bend” on all sides.
  • Included: Official certificate of authenticity personally signed by the artist.
  • Upon Arrival Instructions: The item arrives rolled in a protective tube to ensure safe transit.
    • Inspect the package immediately upon delivery. If the tube shows damage (dents, tears, crushing), note it on the delivery receipt and contact us with photos before opening so we can assist with any claim.
    • Store horizontally in a cool, dry, room-temperature place until ready to unroll.
    • Unroll slowly at room temperature on a clean, flat surface (paint side up). Allow it to relax under light weights for 24–48 hours to flatten naturally. 
    • We strongly recommend professional stretching/framing by a local art framer or supply store for optimal display. Avoid folding, tight re-rolling, extreme temperatures/humidity, or long-term rolled storage. This safe, widely used method protects your artwork while keeping delivery reliable and cost-effective.

_Shipping for Art Beyon Canvas Collection Products (Life Style products) For all custom print-on-demand items (e.g., apparel, mugs, posters, canvases, etc. ):

  • Production Time: Orders are printed and fulfilled by our trusted Print Providers (typically 2–5 business days for production, depending on the product and provider).
  • Shipping Methods & Times:
    • Economy: From ~$3.99, 4–8 business days domestic US delivery.
    • Standard: From ~$4.75, 2–5 business days domestic US (most providers).
    • Priority/Express options may be available for faster delivery (2–3 business days production + transit, additional fees apply).
    • International shipping not available 
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on product type, Print Provider location, shipping method, destination, and order quantity. Rates are set to match current Print Providers/carrier fees. We may offer free shipping promotions, thresholds (e.g., free over $X), or include shipping in product pricing—check product pages or cart for specifics.
  • Tracking & Delivery: All orders include tracking. You'll receive a notification with tracking details once shipped. Delivery is handled by carriers like USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on the provider and destination.
  • Important Notes:
    • Shipping costs are not included in product prices unless stated (e.g., via free shipping offers).
    • We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs (for international).
    • For lost, damaged, or incorrect items: Contact us within the allowed window (usually 7 days from delivery) with photos/details. We handle claims through Print Providers fulfillment process, which may include reprints, refunds, or reships per their refund policy.
    • Address accuracy is your responsibility—orders to incorrect/incomplete addresses may incur extra fees or be returned.
    • No P.O. Boxes for certain carriers/products—use a physical address.
